Answers to the most common questions about ordering, shipping, replacements, payments, and support at DRIP85.

ORDERS

Select your product, choose your size using our Size Chart, add it to cart, and complete payment using UPI, debit/credit cards, or supported digital wallets.

No. DRIP85 follows a strict No Cancellation policy. Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.

We cannot guarantee changes once the order is placed. If your order has already entered processing or dispatch, modifications are not possible.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Yes. We currently ship orders across India. International shipping is not available at this time.

Orders are typically delivered within 5–7 working days after dispatch. Timelines may vary based on your location and courier network conditions.

You will receive a tracking ID via SMS or email after your order is shipped. Tracking details may take up to 24 hours to update on the courier portal.

The courier may attempt a second delivery or hold the parcel at a nearby facility. If the order is marked as a failed delivery, it will not be eligible for cancellation, refund, or replacement.

REPLACEMENTS

No. DRIP85 follows a No Return / No Refund policy.

You are eligible for a replacement only if the delivered item is damaged, defective, or an incorrect product shipped by us.

You must report any damage or wrong item within 24 hours of delivery, along with clear photo or video proof.

No. If the product is damaged or incorrect due to our mistake, DRIP85 will arrange and cover return shipping for the replacement.

SIZING & PRODUCTS

Please refer to our Size Chart page. If you are between sizes, we usually recommend going one size up for a more relaxed fit.

We try to match product photos as closely as possible. Minor color variations may occur due to lighting and screen differences.

PAYMENTS

We accept UPI, debit/credit cards, and supported digital wallets via our secure payment gateway (Razorpay).

No. At the moment, Cash on Delivery is not available. All orders must be paid online at checkout.

SHIPPING ISSUES

Do not accept the parcel. Take photo/video evidence and contact us immediately at drip85official@gmail.com.

Please first check with neighbours, building security, or family. Then contact the courier and finally email us with full details so we can help raise a query with the courier partner.
