Cancellation Policy

Effective Date: 1st December 2025

DRIP85 follows a strict No Cancellation, No Return, and No Refund policy. Orders cannot be cancelled once they are placed, and we only offer replacements in the case of damaged or incorrect items delivered by us.


1. No Order Cancellation

Once an order is placed on https://drip85.in, it cannot be cancelled under any circumstances. This includes situations such as:

- Incorrect size ordered
- Incorrect address provided
- Change of mind
- Delay in delivery by courier
- Non-availability at delivery time
- Personal preference issues

Please review your order details carefully before confirming your purchase.


2. No Returns or Refunds

DRIP85 does not accept product returns or provide refunds for any reason, except in cases where the item received is damaged or incorrect due to our mistake. If the customer provides incorrect information or refuses the delivery, no refund will be issued.


3. Replacement Only for Damaged or Wrong Items

3.1 Eligibility for Replacement

A replacement is provided only if the product delivered is:

- Physically damaged
- Defective
- Incorrect item shipped

3.2 Replacement Conditions

To qualify for a replacement:

- The issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery
- The item must be unused and unwashed
- Tags and original packaging must be intact
- Clear photo/video proof of damage or incorrect item must be provided

Claims submitted after 24 hours cannot be accepted.


4. Failed or Missed Deliveries

4.1 Customer Unavailable

If the courier is unable to deliver due to the customer being unavailable, unreachable, or refusing delivery, the order is considered a failed delivery and:

- Cannot be cancelled
- Cannot be refunded
- Cannot be replaced

4.2 Incorrect Address or Contact Details

If an order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address, phone number, or pincode provided by the customer, the order will not be eligible for cancellation, refund, or free reshipment.


5. Modification of Order Details

We do not guarantee changes to size, product, or address after an order is placed. You may contact us immediately after ordering, but if the order has already begun processing, changes are not possible.
